I qualified as a Physiotherapist in January 2009, after working in personal training and gym instruction for a few years. I made it my priority to get a lot of experience from the NHS in Scotland before turning towards private physio. I made the jump to private practice in 2013, and in that time I have completed many continual professional development courses and developed a service called The BikeFit Physio dedicated to cyclists. I am only delighted to go out on my own with Life Fit Physio and welcome you with open arms to the clinic.
