Personal Training 

  • You will experience the benefit of body weight movement under guidance.  
  • Realistic goals will be set at the beginning
  • Body fat percentage taken, along with hip to waist ratio.
  • A session on nutrition can be added if you so wish
  • Trust me, there will be method in my madness of handstands, reptilian movements and rolling around the ground in a child-like state.

Injury rehab

You will also have the opportunity to ask about any niggling injuries, for which we can include a treatment through movement.  Or any nutrition questions you may have, just ask!
